Responsibilities:
The Techno-Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering and supporting Blue Yonder’s AI-driven supply chain planning solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical capabilities and functional business needs, ensuring seamless implementation, steady-state support, and continuous improvement of supply planning systems across retail and manufacturing verticals.
- Understand and support implemented Blue Yonder solutions across supply planning modules.
- Lead root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for product issues.
- Adhere to SLA commitments based on case severity and customer impact.
- Participate in solution design and collaborate with architects to stabilize systems.
- Manage deployments, change requests, and enhancements for customer rollouts.
- Represent product vision and roadmap internally and externally.
- Document learnings and contribute to knowledge base development.
- Provide early visibility into technical challenges and mitigate risks.
- Improve customer KPIs through proactive support and solution optimization.
- Guide clients on industry best practices and process benchmarks.
- Lead cross-functional teams across geographies and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in product support or implementation in supply chain planning.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Exposure to other supply chain tools like SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, o9, Relex is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities.
- Deep understanding of customer business processes and supply chain planning flows.
- Familiarity with PL/SQL, RDBMS, and performance tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of MS Azure cloud architecture and technical platforms.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Python, R, and SQL is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and drive results through collaboration.
