Responsibilities:

The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for managing the organization's human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. This role involves employee relations, and oversight of administrative activities to support organizational growth and culture.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage performance appraisals, employee development plans, and succession planning.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify workforce requirements in collaboration with department heads.
  • Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and employer branding.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement, implementing initiatives for improvement.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
  • Manage facilities, office supplies, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in the workplace.
  • Supervise payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR and admin reports for senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA in HR is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and office administration.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
