Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS Consultant to lead and support the design, development, integration, and implementation of Blue Yonder (Discrete) solutions for global warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain and technical expertise to drive process optimization, solution delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete)
- Conduct solution design workshops and drive requirement gathering with business and technical stakeholders
- Configure, extend, and optimize MOCA components, MTF flows, DDA/Page Builder screens, and system parameters
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot custom interfaces, labels, and reports
- Provide expert-level support and root cause analysis for production issues and performance tuning
- Guide junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams including host systems, automation vendors, and infrastructure
- Drive best practices in SDLC, code management, deployment, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, vendors, and customers
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS – Discrete implementation and support projects
- Strong functional understanding of warehouse processes across multiple industries (Retail, 3PL, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.)
- Deep technical knowledge in MOCA components, MTF architecture, DDA/ Page Builder, and system integrations
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery including design, development, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Solid experience in multi-site rollouts, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint), ticketing systems, and DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to lead workshops, document functional and technical specifications, and work across time zones.
